The Mission of MORPHEUS Foundation is to provide a creative solution to the problems of
recidivism and homelessness in the city of Baltimore by providing former female prisoners
with an opportunity to live their lives successfully and independently and to bring
communities together by reducing property vacancies thus improving property values and
job opportunities to these neighborhoods.
Our vision is to solve recidivism in Baltimore, the nation and the world. We envision a
program that re-educates and re-integrates released prisoners into society and provides
them with a means to become financially independent, emotionally strong and eager to be
contributing members of their communities.
